Product Description
The Y’andre Anorak is fully reversible, featuring a brown cashmere silk blend from Loro Piana on one side and a cherry pink silk on the other. We decided to incorporate Loro Piana’s signature Storm System into our Y’andre Anorak due to its waterproof and wind resistant properties which do not sacrifice comfort and breathability. The Green Storm System, a registered trademark of Loro Piana, is a treatment applied to their natural fabrics to create a bio-membrane which protects against grime and stains.
The Y’andre Anorak features a slightly cropped relaxed silhouette. It also features reversible Riri zippers and Cobrax Zero snap buttons on the cuffs. As with all our other products, a batik dyed tab, designed and crafted by Miao Tribe artisans, is tailored into the anorak. An artisan applies a "resist" process on the fabric to generate the unique patterns, whereby specific areas are covered with wax to prevent the dye from penetrating the cloth and leaving deliberate blank spots in the fabric.
