Each piece in this capsule represents a quiet act of resurrection, where forgotten garments are given new life through patience, craft, and intention. The journey began in Thailand, where we sought out vintage T-shirts across markets and hidden corners, handpicking each one for its character and story. Once selected, we considered which natural dye would best complement the fabric’s unique tone, applying pigments drawn from the earth — indigo, tea leaves, turmeric, and beyond. Not every attempt revealed the desired transformation; some resisted, requiring further curation until the balance felt true and the garment spoke again.
When the process reached its moment of completion, we marked each shirt with our motif, “Remake By Alunia”, alongside the declaration: “Reviving Vintage With Grit and Toil Where Every Piece Unfolds A Narrative Of Its Own.” This stamp is not decoration but affirmation — a sign that the garment has been reborn. To finish, we stitched on a label and hand-wrote the material, sizing, and origin, ensuring that each piece carries its own individuality. No two are alike; each bears its own imperfections, its own narrative, its own soul.
This capsule is not about nostalgia — it is about revival. A dialogue between past and present, where every thread is reimagined, and every garment becomes a vessel of story.
